Ranbir Kapoor has been approached by his childhood friend Binoy Gandhi in his next. Buzz is that this directorial debut by Binoy, is named Jee Bhar Ke Jee Le, and the boy next door ranger Kapoor will play the protagonist in the film.
According to sources Gandhi in a recent interview stated that he has discussed the idea with Ranbir and he has liked it. Talking about the film he stated that its is a light-hearted film where the character of Ranbir believes in spreading happiness, and also stated that the film will be one of those sorts that director Rajkumar Hirani makes.
Talking about his chuddy buddy superstar Ranbir Kapoor he mentioned that the actor hasn't changed at all even after achieving such a huge success.
Gandhi is hopeful to complete the script by January or February. Binoy is launching filmmaker J P Dutta's daughter Nidhi with Jee Bhar Ke Jee Le. Binoy says that we are working on the post production of the film. Hopefully the first look of the film would be out by mid December.
The film is slated to release next year in January.
